Reservation:
1. Reservations are considered confirmed once a 100% payment of the total trip cost has been made. Please note that quotations are not considered reservations, and the prices only include the services indicated in each program. If you wish to include additional services, let us know, and we will ensure your trip is even more personalized. These additional services may have an extra cost.
Change of Plans:
2. If you need to change the date of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided you notify us at least 30 days before the trip date.
3. If you decide to change the date, don’t worry. Your reservation will remain valid for up to one year from the original trip date.
Refunds:
4. If you need to cancel, we will refund 100% of what you paid, as long as you inform us at least 30 days before the trip date!
5. However, if you decide to cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, we cannot provide a refund. Please note that adverse weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or snow, which are common in the area, are not reasons for refunds. Similarly, flight delays or other reasons beyond our control and not our responsibility are not grounds for refunds.
Share the Adventure:
6. We understand that unexpected events can occur! If you can’t join the fun, you can transfer your reservation to another adventurer. Just let us know at least 30 days before the trip.

7. To request changes, cancellations, or reservation transfers, you must email info@patagoniabikers.cl, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. We will keep you informed about the status of your request. We want your experience to be the best it can be.
Payment Policy:
For a reservation to be considered confirmed, 50% of the stay must be paid in advance by transfer, bank deposit or credit/debit card via webpay and send proof of payment to info@patagoniabikers.cl, after This will receive an email confirmation of payment and reservation lock. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the start of your trip and send proof of payment to info@patagoniabikers.cl
Cancellation policy:
1.- You can change the date only once, subject to availability for the new date. Said modification may be made with a minimum anticipation of 20 business days.
2.- If the date change is made within less than 10 business days, before making the change, a fine corresponding to an additional 20% will be charged.
3.- If the client changes the date for the second time. A fine will be charged corresponding to an additional 30% of the total reserved trip.
4.- Conditions of rain, wind and even snow are not considered an impediment to sports activities since they are typical of the area, so they are not grounds for requesting refunds of canceled amounts. In the same way, delays in air connections or other reasons beyond our control and that are not our responsibility are not considered a reason for returns.
